Montana Basement solutions absolutely knows the meaning of the term customer service. We have used them in the past for projects, large and small and they have always been professional, competent and timely. Our last experience was with a service tech named Ethan who did a great job diagnosing and fixing a problem we had. This is my first review ever, I noticed a water stain on my floor in mechanical room, I opened the lid, for the first time, water under the ladder. I had a couple companies examine, searching for the source etc.
They each had an idea but after wet vacuuming, water kept returning.
Eric was then recommended, he came over, no waiting, no deposit as others do, went thru crawl space, outside, etc.
He found the sources, corrected them, at a very reasonable cost, been bone dry ever since.
And such a pleasant guy, I’m still amazed!!

Our crawl space remediation project, including some additional work not anticipated, was done with expertise even in the single digit temps! The crew - Carl, Cody, and Alex were professional, courteous, polite, helpful and friendly. They answered a lot of crawlspace and foundation questions, did a final walk through and a thorough clean-up. Could not have more impressed.

We had 3 cracks in the foundation of our house which resulted in water seeping into our extensive crawl space. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have hired Montana Basement Solutions. They repaired the cracks, installed a new drainage system, (including sump pumps), and set up a wifi pump monitor system. Erik B., the owner and his staff are wonderful! They are very professional, knowledgable, polite and conscientious. Erik and his staff are good listeners and communicated clearly. They took our concerns and questions seriously, and kept us up to date on the work being performed. They also cleaned up all the work space thoroughly! We highly recommend this company without reservations.
