The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe our moisture control, mold remediation, foundation crack repair and waterproofing, sump pump and drainage, and crawlspace encapsulation services, and to allow visitors to request a consultation or inspection. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or consultation request form; interfere with the Site’s operation, including through spam, malware, or automated scraping; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.

All content on the Site, including text, images, project photos, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Montana Basement Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Consultations, Estimates & Service Work
Submitting a consultation request through the Site does not guarantee a specific appointment time, inspection outcome, or diagnosis. Any pricing, estimates, or scope of work discussed before an in-person inspection is preliminary and subject to change once we’ve evaluated the property. Actual project scope, pricing, materials, timelines, and warranty terms for any mold remediation, waterproofing, or repair work will be set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement agreed to by both parties before work begins.
5. Payment
We do not process or collect payment through this Site. Payment for services is arranged separately, such as by phone, in person, or through an invoice, and is subject to the payment terms in your service agreement.
6. No Warranty on Site Content
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we try to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content, including descriptions of services, certifications, or affiliations, is complete, current, or error-free. Any warranties related to actual inspection, remediation, or repair work will be addressed separately in a project-specific written agreement.
7. Third-Party Links and Affiliations
The Site may reference third-party organizations, certifications, or platforms (such as trade associations or lead-referral services) and may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Montana Basement Solutions.
