Field Operations & Trades
Labor Crew Member
The Growth Reality: Want to learn a highly specialized, high-paying trade? We are adding entry-level spots to support our growing production teams.
The Role: Assist on-site with waterproofing installations, crawlspace encapsulation, sump pump setups, and mold remediation setup. We provide fully paid training, safety certifications, and all necessary tools. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic.
Service Technician
The Growth Reality: Our customer base is expanding rapidly, and we need dedicated technicians to maintain and service existing structural systems.
The Role: Conduct annual maintenance on sump pumps and encapsulation systems, troubleshoot minor structural or water management issues, and provide top-tier customer service directly to homeowners. Ideal for individuals who enjoy independent problem-solving and client interaction.
Co-Foreman (Leadership Stepping Stone)
The Growth Reality: We are introducing this specialized role to bridge the gap between our field technicians and full crew leadership. It is designed for talented crew members ready to step into management with built-in mentorship.
The Role: Partner directly with a Senior Crew Foreman to learn the ropes of site management. You will share responsibility for truck inventory, on-site quality control, and crew safety, allowing you to build your leadership skills with a strong support system.
Crew Foreman
The Growth Reality: We are building entirely new crews to handle our massive backlog of booked waterproofing and remediation projects. If you can lead a team, we have a permanent truck for you.

Project Manager
Commercial & Luxury Residential
The Growth Reality: Due to record-breaking project volume and a massive backlog of large-scale builds across Montana, we are expanding our leadership team. We need a dedicated manager to oversee high-stakes commercial waterproofing and ultra-high-net-worth residential projects.
The Role: Oversee building envelope and waterproofing projects from kickoff to completion on commercial sites and luxury estates ($5M+). You will read architectural plans, coordinate project sequencing with Tier-1 General Contractors, manage change orders, and handle project billings. This role requires hands-on application knowledge to assist and mentor our field foremen. Experience with flat roofs, podium decks, Juliet balconies, and sheet/liquid air barriers is highly preferred.
Estimating & Project Design
New Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist
The Role: Analyze project scopes using digital takeoff software, read structural blueprints/architectural plans, and interface directly with general contractors and architects for new builds.
Residential System Design Specialist (Existing Structures)
The Role: Visit existing homes facing active water, foundation, or mold issues. Diagnose the root cause, design custom remediation plans, and finalize contracts with property owners.
Administrative & Customer Support
Customer Care Coordinator / Scheduler
The Role: Answer incoming calls, schedule inspection appointments, coordinate crew calendars, and handle data entry for new construction contracts.
